Additional And Optionals

Payments.
1. For date bookings, customer is needed to make a RM 50 advance payment. Please take note, this deposit will NOT be returned in case of cancellation on the customer’s side. (Date bookings are important if you wish to order for a popular date such as school holiday, special dates like 090909 etc.)
2. A 50% deposit of the total payment is to be made at least 3 WEEKS before the chosen date.
3. The balance 50% can be paid in CASH upon delivery or collection. OR bank transfer, on which I must receive at least 3 DAYS before the chosen date.
*Failure to do so might result to Hey,Cupcakes! withholding your order and there will be no refunds of the first 50% deposit that you have made.
4. Payments must be made to my MAYBANK account, which will be given once the order is confirmed. Please don't bank in before I've made confirmations to avoid disappointment.
