Picture Note : This is a limited order design. This kind of extensive design takes quite sometime to finish. Therefore, kalau nak order mcm design di atas..hanya utk order hari yang tak banyak order. So kalau you order, I akan bagitahu boleh ke tak nak buat. Tapi kalau you still nak this kind or design..yang bunga or corak penuh2..price akan lain sikit. Sikit jer

Assalamualaikum, Hi Cupcake Lovers!!
This is Hey,Cupcakes! new Large Order Quotations. As of today, please disregard ALL other quotations that I had given out. Thank you.
Large Order Quotations
With Container
First 250 --- RM 1.60
251 – 599 --- RM 1.50
600 – 999 --- RM 1.40
1000 - 1499 - RM 1.30
Above 1500 -- RM 1.20
Without Container
First 250 --- RM 1.40
251 – 599 --- RM 1.30
600 – 999 --- RM 1.20
1000 - 1499 - RM 1.10
Above 1500 -- RM 1.00
*The price is fixed for the first 250, RM 1.60 OR RM 1.40.

Let say you would like to order 800pcs,
250 x RM 1.60 = RM 400
550 x RM 1.40 = RM 770
Total = RM 1170 |
Strictly Optional:
1. Additional RM0.25 for satin ribbons decoration glued to the container.
2. Additional RM0.10 for Thank You stickers on the container. You could also have other wordings on the stickers, e.g you and your spouse nicknames.
Please Take Note:
- Large Order Quotations is for MEDIUM size ONLY. Medium Size is about 4.5cm diameter and 3cm height (this is not approximate)
For other sizes, please contact me.
- For large quantities of orders, Hey,Cupcakes! can only prepare cupcakes with “ice cream –like swirls” and rossettes as decorations. There can be a small amount of other designs depending on amount and time needed.
- If the customer still wishes for other designs, charges will vary from the price list given.
- Containers are the small round transparent containers with dome top.
- Customers may provide their own containers and we'll pack the cupcakes in for you with minimal charges depending on the complexity of the containers.
Payments.
1. For date bookings, customer is needed to make a RM 50 advance payment. Please take note, this deposit will NOT be returned in case of cancellation on the customer’s side.
2. A 50% deposit of the total payment is to be made at least 2 WEEKS before the chosen date.
3. The balance 50% MUST be paid by CASH upon delivery or collection. *Failure to do so might result to Hey,Cupcakes! withholding your order and there will be no refunds of the first 50% deposit that you have made.
4. Payments must be made to my MAYBANK account, which will be given once the order is confirmed. Please don't bank in before I've made confirmations to avoid dissapointment.

Hard Sugar for Hardcore Cupcakes Fans :)

Assalamualaikum..Hye Everyone!
Fooooh..it's been a busy week with the Lover's Day Promo. Had to go and buy more heartshape cases because the response has been that great  Thanks to all that ordered. Sorry kalau banyak kekurangan esp part nak deliver tu..
Anyway here's some pictures..
Another regular customer who wanted to makan-makan..and she said the magic words.."ikut suka you lah nak decorate macam mana.." hehehe..bila takde pressure I selalu rasa end product of the cupcakes mcm best je..(I je la yang rasa tau!)...
Ordered for wedding sampling..Alhamdulillah the family and the bride-to-be liked it and placed and order for 1500 + hantaran.
2 pairs of shoes for Mr.&Mrs. Tan who had celebrated their 20 years together. Had a hard time trying to shape the sugarpaste into shoes as it was too soft. Last time I used marzipan which was harder.
A customer wanted a PINK theme for her wedding. Had fun making this as I get to play with several shades of pinks. Bukan selalu tau..Cause usually customers would want several colours. I think having minimal colours are really elegant and beautiful.
I'm starting to dabble in sugarpaste and fondant after going for a mini class at Kak Lynn's at Saujana Utama. Learnt a lot, thank you very much Kak Lynn..memang kalau tak before ni mcm berat jer nak main2 dgn fondat and sugarpaste. So a regular customer requested something special for her hantaran..So above was the result.
At first the customer would like roses, but my sugarpaste roses is still tak cantik giler walaupun beberapa juta kali dah try buat..So in the end opt for ready made flowers..Maaf la sangat-sangat..Cubaan untuk decorate with more "hard sugar"s 
One more last thing, The Special Package (RM20) is mainly consist of clear box, cakeboard made to match your theme colour, matching crepe paper(new!!) and ribbons. And on the outside, I prefer to put a simple ribbon decoration because I don't believe in "hiding" the cupcakes! 
Ok, that's all the pictures that are released for the time being.

In case you're all wondering..yeah, I'm feeling better now. No more fever, no more flu, only slightly toothache..but I'm still coughing. So, if you call and my voice bunyi sengau or macam baru bangun tido..ignore je la ye..tu sebab batuk. Bukan I baru bangun tido..hehehe..
Anyway, I tak banyak nak letak pics ni cause in a hurry..there's quite a lot of order to settle to today.
Wedding orders..Kalau for large orders I boleh buat swirl2 or rossette jer banyak.
Contohnya kalau you order 1000, selalunya 800 I buat swirl, 200 lagi tu i buat design2.
Kalau 400, 100 tu buat swirl, 300 buat design..
Kalau order 300 semua I buat design mcm yg biru kuning kat atas tu.
Design, ramai setakat ni kata "up to you la"..seronok jer..
Tapi kalau you all nak request, insyaAllah boleh juger.
Okeh? Ngeeeeee...

Assalamualaikum Everyone.
I need to inform you all that I am quite sick right now. In the last post I have said that I have the flu, not only that I am coughing and wheezing sekarang ni, suffering from toothache as my upper wisdom tooth decided to tumbuh2 pulak right now, so that means constant headache and etc2...On top of that I still have to work, ok?
I DO hope everyone understand. So please, please pleaseeeeeeeeeeee could you refrain yourselves from calling me? I tahu ramai yang call tapi I tak jawab, I am soooo sorry. I am extremely tired and unwell.
Email would be lovely because I won't need to talk. And I do do Dooooooooooooo hope that you're not going to ask me to squeeze in for below dates ok..I sakit..I penat nak tolong jawab dah full, no, tak boleh squeeze in. Kalau you sakit and I call pester2 suruh order, suka tak? hehehe..tak juge kan? Sama la kite..
